Ignition Distribution offers outbound and inbound distribution solutions. Its operational methodology includes a full end-to-end process which manages customer relationships from initial sale to final product delivery. This relationship is managed by its centralised, in-house developed Customer Relationship Management system, which coordinates communication ensuring its customers always stay informed.

Core to the business is well-trained and accredited sales consultants who use intelligent data analytics to produce results that exceeds its partners' expectations. Real-time customised reporting from both the traditional call centre operations as well as sales generated on the web, allow for world-class trading efficiencies through improved business intelligence.

Ignition Distribution is the largest distributor of post-paid mobile consumer activations in South Africa and has long-term distribution agreements with all of the country's mobile and fixed line network operators. Additional sectors in which the company plays a leading role include tracking, communications, entertainment and financial services. It also adheres to all the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services and regulatory compliance requirements as set out by the Financial Services Board.
